Overview
ZMINU (ЗМІНИ) is a creator-led wellness and personal-development application built around reflection, guided practices, and an evolving library of premium content. The product brings meditations, exercises, metaphorical cards, video, articles, audience questions, and closed live sessions into one mobile space.
DigitalTouch developed the ZMINU application as an owned platform for the creator’s audience. Instead of distributing every experience through separate social channels, messaging groups, video platforms, and downloadable materials, ZMINU gives users one consistent place to discover, access, and return to the content.
From personal brand to owned digital ecosystem
Creators working with education, wellness, or personal development often build an audience across platforms they do not control. Content becomes fragmented between posts, broadcasts, files, courses, and private communities. Access rules are difficult to manage, and the relationship with the audience depends on third-party algorithms.
ZMINU addresses that problem through a dedicated mobile product. The application acts as a direct channel between the creator and the user while supporting both open materials and paid membership.
The product brings together:

A multi-format experience, not just a content feed
ZMINU is more complex than a catalogue of posts. Audio, video, text, interactive cards, structured practices, and live or recurring premium material each have their own presentation and access requirements.
Meditation audio needs a focused player and the ability to continue while the screen is off. Video requires a different viewing context. Long-form articles need comfortable reading. Metaphorical cards depend on visual selection and interpretation. Practices may require users to slow down and follow a sequence instead of passively consuming another feed.
The product architecture has to preserve a consistent experience across all of these formats while leaving room for the library to grow. Content organization, navigation, playback state, premium access, and returning-user journeys are therefore central product concerns rather than secondary implementation details.
Guided meditations and background listening
Audio is one of the key content formats inside ZMINU. Users can access meditations intended for relaxation, restoring focus, and personal reflective practice.
Background playback allows a meditation to continue with the screen turned off. This appears simple from the user’s perspective, but it is an important part of making audio content practical for rest, concentration, and longer guided sessions. The feature requires the application to preserve playback state and controls beyond the foreground screen experience.
The audio experience is integrated with the rest of the content ecosystem rather than delivered as a separate media player. Users can move from discovering a topic to listening, reading, or completing a related practice within the same application.
Metaphorical cards and reflective practices
Metaphorical cards introduce a more interactive content format. A user selects a card and receives an accompanying interpretation intended to prompt personal reflection.
The application does not need to present the card as a diagnostic or predictive instrument. Its role is to provide a structured prompt through imagery and interpretation, helping the user consider a question or situation from another perspective.
Practices and assignments extend that interaction beyond a single moment. They organize creator-developed material into a format that users can engage with deliberately instead of scrolling past it in a social feed.
Free access and premium membership
ZMINU combines a free entry point with premium subscription content. Basic materials allow users to explore the experience, while membership opens the complete meditation and practice library, expanded resources, additional tools, and monthly closed sessions focused on new themes.
This requires more than placing a purchase screen in front of the content. The application must consistently understand which materials are available, communicate the difference between access levels, restore subscription state, and keep premium journeys clear throughout the interface.
For a creator-led product, subscription access also supports an ongoing relationship rather than a one-time digital purchase. New materials and sessions can be delivered through an environment already familiar to the audience.
Product engineering for a growing creator platform
ZMINU connects several product systems:

The mobile application is built with Flutter, supported by a custom PHP/Laravel backend. MySQL provides persistent storage for the content catalogue, user and membership state, while Redis supports fast and transient backend operations. This separation allows the mobile interface and creator content ecosystem to evolve without concentrating all product logic inside the client.

Keeping that distinction clear allows the project to communicate its intended value without making unsupported healthcare claims. The application provides a structured space for content and personal reflection while users remain responsible for how they interpret and apply the material.
